Im going to give this a try in my next leg day.
of course increased calories that particular day to get me through training.
does anyone train legs this way?

Occasionally i will just do quads and calves when i train legs, then do hams when i train back cause i normally do heavy romanian deads and they seem to hit the hams as well as back. Not always though. Never done an am/pm split.

im gonna give this am/pm split a try...
for quads
front squats
close stance leg press
leg extenstions
and then hams
squats with wide stance.
leg curl
stiff leg deads
maybe some lunges
and throw some calf action in there...
a HUGE cheat meal at night when i finish and then im gonna report back.. ;D
now that i have free time..
