I guess that's another "unexpected" as anyone with a clue knows that the sales for the rest of the year were laregely brought forward by the tax credit.  So now for the rest of the year, housing is likely to double dip.

It probably didn't help middle class people in screwed up markets like downstate and nice parts of california.
