Title: Help with a cutting diet

5'8" 190 15% 28


GOAL:

Cut fat while losing the least amount of muscle by calorie control and low to moderate cardio. 


Ran this calc:

says Maintenance:      
2644 Calories/day

This one gives me 2884

So should I just eat like 2,800 calories a day and add light cardio?  I have never really done a cut diet properly.
