Title: pushin 3 plates on the hammer exercie

guys, i am pushin 3 plates on the hammer push exercise. my question is, should i wait until after i have done cardi to do this, or do the weights first? do you think i'd be better off doing the weights first, so this way i won't tire myself out so much?
