Do you consider yourself quad dominant?
-
yes
-
yes
Problem one. If you're quad dominant and posterior chain is weak, hamstring, glutes and low back (I think I've mentioned that in a PM to you) it could be a problem. Also, if you have part of that posterior chain that's week (usually glutes) along with abductor OR adductor weakness it could also result in problems.....but to simplify it, just might be overuse.

you're right, trying to make sense of my body and it's about weak hams and glutes right now. think it's alittle of both. overuse and posterior weakness. never been like this before, when walking up stairs or walking in general I have no spring to my step.

do you do any high impact cardio? treadmills will kill the knees if you're doing it frequently. switch to an eliptical for a couple wks and keep switching back and forth.
