my local paper reported how a guy who killed someone in 1991 and got 30 years to life has now slaughtered 4 more people in 2010. they are now going to review the parole system. when he killed the person in 1991 he had no remorse. now in 2010 after the killings he crashed his car and when police asked him. he said ain't it obivious i killed them all.
