Ok back into lifting after a two and. Half year lay off (not by choice ) off all the pills and need badly to get back in shape been at it for almost
F;our mths now seein some growth but want more. What's a good supplement(s) to start On.

Thank you but was lookin for lil more info went to gnc (hate that place) there are so many diff kinds and mixes anybody have any advice on where to buy and what brand has the least filler.  Things like that. Also combination proteins or single types.  Just looking for growth right now.

Research into whey and casein proteins. Post work out meals and sample diets (on this section of the board). As far pre-workout I recommend jack3d or something of that nature.

Is the body fortress at w/m mostly filler or would it be ok to start with

Body fortress is ok..but I find that their protein is too gritty. If you have a Sam's card you can buy EAS for a good price. But I belive wal mart has SIX Star products and I find that it taste much better.

just eat really well
maybe get a basic protein powder

look into some basic vitamins and minerals...nothing crazy though
