Title: Question about World Cup refs and using the big screen for reviews

It was obvious to the whole stadium during the england/germany match that it was a goal when replayed yet the refs chose to ignore it but in in 2006 when Zidane headbutted the italian fag in the chest the ref never actually saw the incident but only pulled out his red card when you saw him staring at the replay on the big screen.  What the fuck?
