If you're not shitting right then alter your diet and drink plenty of water, which is easier and a lot less gross.

Well, that's yet another thing which we see only in America. No one else is stupid enough to believe that shit. Furthermore, there is plenty of research and evidence about the subject, and the outcome is clear: there is no way in hell to prove any of those claims what those ass diggers has pull out from their anus. Those fuckers want your money and that's it. There is nothing more, that is all.
