Ruhl was born at the wrong time. Ronnie is superior to Ruhl, in nearly every aspect. Unless there's a new round sponsored by Exxon.

Unfortunately those pics are from the GPs...Ruhl never deserved a Sandow, he is just a big dude, he is the Paul Dillett of this era. A big freakin monster, he serves his purpose. There is always at least one in each era.

no its not JUST his delts...look at the man's structure...you could literally put another head on either side of his head and there would still be room to spare.

structurally speaking the guy is a Freak..his clavicles are at least 18 inches apart

How do you figure? Both pictures you posted neglect to show striations in his shoulders- the main reason we're talking about striations or lack of in regards to Ruhl.

Show me one picture, especially in recent years, where he has deltoids striations similar to the pic of Dex above.
