Title: what is with all the budget deficits?

Countries across the world, many states in the US, etc with deficits in the billions of dollars.  Dont spend more money than you bring home, it is that simple.  Many of these f.aggot clown leaders have the fiscal responsibility of a 3rd grader.  When will the people stand up?  Time to end all the social welfare programs that are plaguing the world.  And if those people dont like it and resort to crime, simply execute them.  Problem solved.
