Last time Flex went on steriods. Flex -lite (Melvin Anthony) was suppose to take over from there. Da Fridge contained all of them...

jay dominated them!

Jay looked better than both of them...  not sure why everyone calls him a fridge.  he kicked both their asses!

Flex dominated the BDB pose. This was his last contest, and for lack of a better term, he gassed. He got hemmed up by his church for going back on steriods. He was beat by both. But you fan clearly see, Jay's back lacked detail.

Yeah you can see what makes Jay great there. all the mass he put on to keep up with Coleman destroyed him.

that could be true, however, the last Olympia, Jay looked unbelievable!

Flex was pretty much off hard juice there and had declined a ton since his prime about 4-5 years earlier

Jay and Melvin look awesome in that video. Both are ripped. In the "Jay to Z" DVD it is clear they are friends. Chillin and eating lunch at Max Muscle. Melvin is a funny dude
