Happy 4th Stella...

Crazy weekend, carnival, beach..

90 min run and weight training this am....

Walked in the parade with some cute kids cheerleading..Pooped is beyond my term right now

at parents. 1 hour cardio, had lunch at the best place in town. Bought fireworks. Now the kids want to go swimming. I think my dad and I, are going to the ranch to play with the new gun i bought early this week. then BBQ, and i have to drive home becuase im going to the gym and work tomorrow.

Wife and son are gone for the week...going to Jesse's later for the yearly rocket show to see if we can blow a tanker out of the water ;D
