I found this little article and was wondering.. It appears this couple did everything legally and tried to make an honest living (notice debt free and employing locals), unlike the many illegals currently in the US. Wouldn't it be so much easier if these people had entered illegally from the outset? They'd definitely have less hassle. Illegals will be laughing with this situation..
Established Maine couple kicked out of US
A York county couple, originally from England, is about to be kicked out of the country.
For a decade, Dean and Laura Frank built up "Laura's Kitchen," a small, but popular local restaurant in Wells, now shuttered and for sale.
That's because the "E-2" visa they'd legally had for years -- twice renewed with no problem-- was suddenly denied last year.
The reason -- an immigration case worker in California reviewing their numbers declared their business "marginal," not profitable enough, even though they made enough to run the business, live virtually debt free and employ local people part-time.
They are now in the country on a temporary tourist visa, trying to wrap up their affairs and sell their properties -- while desperately hoping for an unexpected reprieve.

Apparently - they made little effort to learn the local language - Spanish.

If they are in Maine, ...why are they being scrutinized by immigration case workers in California?
-
you've got to watch out for the English, they drink real beer not that watered down shit you americans consume

I really doubt this would happen to Hispanics with legal visas.

maybe they should have had 17 kids, that they were not able to pay for, got on welfare, and commited crimes. then we would have given them a pass and some more tax payer money. :D

Yet, the border jumper, the fat slob popping out 10 kids on taxpayers dime, the DWI offender, the serial pedophile, the gang banger, et al get amnesty from Obama and this govt. ::) ::)

kick out every single illegal. These people, and those in AZ and Cali and everywhere else.
Just because this people are doing well $-wise is no reason to leave them here.
And anyone who says "Kick out the nonproductive illegals first, leave them alone!" is just playing financial favorites with the same group of lawbreakers.
