I used have a park nearby that had some stuff you could walk through the woods and stop at different stations and do dips or chins and other stuff actually a pretty good workout..

I would love to go to a place like that.

It was cool, and if you had a girl with you sneak off in a secluded area and have some outdoor sex. I would have to drive about 30 miles now to get to it too lazy.

Haha, its funny, cuz that exact equipment is literally everywhere in South Korea. I mean every public park, hiking trail, playground, or boardwork. But you only see really old people and kids using it. There is little to no resistance on most of those machines and they are basically for just stretching and getting your joints moving.
I've tried using all that stuff and the dip bar is about the only thing you can get a good workout from.

Not going to happen because people here would sue.

Use to be one in my home town.
....they took it out and made a frisbee golf course instead ::)

My injunction prevents me from hanging around playgrounds.

At a trail near me they have a incline ab (lie down, hold bar and lift legs), pull up bars, dip bars, balance beams of varying heights, and other stuff. It is mostly made out of wood, with metal bars...kinda cool, yet woodsy.
-
the track that i run at has the pullup, and dip station from your link.......they also have a couple of ab things...
i usually do some superset dips, to pullups when i run...

That's awesome! I used to do pull ups on the soccer net when I was a kid, that urban workout video on youtube really got me looking into this stuff again! those guys are brilliant.

And the fact of the matter is that is fun and functional. And the free-style stuff is good as well. One can look good doing a lot of the movements. Having Phil Heath's arms are nice, but like a Lambo or a Ferrari, they are not for everyday...having a m3 or a Porsche 911 is good for everyday---so why not have a body built like that?

Silly brown rabbit. Don't you know that diet and drugs are the key to any built body.

Agreed totally! it's useful, practical... esp if you like to take a stroll or hike once in a while or ride a mountain bike like I do.

No, it's in every McDonald's I've been to around the Toronto area.. it's a set of 3 video game consoles secured in like a non breakable mount with a monitor and controller also secured to the machine by like a plastic holder, close to the cash so the employees can keep an eye on them..I think they're game systems from like 10 years ago.. maybe nintendo gamecube or n 64 or something..

I know of some dudes who do not. They can't afford it. So they work out in the parks of Baltimore...
Knew a dude built like that in College. Nigerian dude who did 250 diamond push ups a night...had a sixpack...

Central Park here in Huntington Beach has stations set up throughout the park with something similar. It's a great idea.

I have never done them that way, but Charles Staley and his crew always come up with some cool innovative (but not crazy) stuff. That definitely looks like something I would try.
