As I mentioned in the another thread I was measured using two different caliper tests and a scale test and I averaged just over 8.5% bodyfat. That makes me closer to 9%. When you look at pugalist's bloated face and budding double chin it's quite a stretch for him to think he's only 1% more than me. Why he lies about something so easily verifiable just shows what a delusional worthless piece of shit he is.
