I tend to feel weak / sick after jogging and back feels crappy. I heard some people like Robby Robinson skip aerobics and get cut? how?

bro, there used to be a video of jay cutler vacuuming his house and running out of breath.....bodybuilders have no cardio, and they damn sure dont jog....its called drugs, and diet.....
if you cant jog, diet to the point where you can...

Incline walks on the treadmill worked great for me. I hate jogging and my body does too, so instead I walk on an incline atleast 10% and around 3.5 mph.
The heavier you are, the more calories you'll burn.
