Title: Weight Loss

So I have always wanted to lose weight but made countless excuses.
I have a very good friend who is a rank alcoholic. A case a day minimum. We had a bet last year and he had to quit drinking for 3 months and he did.
The bet is if I lose 40 pounds he will quit drinking for 1 year. And he will, his wife witnessed the bet (believe me he will not drink).  I weighed in today at 276 pounds, and there is no timeframe, but obviously the quicker I do it the quicker he has to quit.  He is a compulsive drinker and driver and its got to stop.

i wish i had time to drink a case a day... it more of a time issue then a drinking issue on my part.. i need to invest on a shotgun beer opener for faster consumption
