Are you saying the chinese police training sucks panda balls?

You have to see it from this view, they go for a death penalty in most cases anyways, there'S already to many of them. SO a police officer going straight for the kill, accidentally taking out the hostage as well saves money on the trial, jail and there's two overpopulation problems less. ;D ;D
