Stop eating all that "junk food".
We were not meant to eat all that crap.
Eat some fresh fish, fruits and veggies.
I know i sound like a broken record but i've been there before Meso.
Take care of yourself, the gear itself puts a strain on your heart and body. Why add more strain?
Good luck.

Actually, it's normal and has nothing to do with metabolism.
"Eating and swallowing affect the autonomic nervous system," says Teresa Caulin-Glaser, MD, Executive Director at McConnell Heart Health Center/Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine/Division of Cardiology at Ohio State University.
"The autonomic nervous system has two arms that can impact the heat rate: 1) the sympathetic system, which increases the heart rate; 2) the parasympathetic, that slows the heart rate. When a person is eating and swallowing, the parasympathetic nervous system, specifically the vagus nerve, is inhibited. As a result of the inhibition of this nerve when eating and swallowing, there is a temporary increase in a person's heart rate (by inhibiting the parasympathetic component of the nervous system the heart rate increases)."

When your "big enough" no amount of clean food will satisfy your caloric need... Fish, vegetables and fruit are good for you and have plenty of nutrients, but very few calories. I have found that when training hard with heavy weights that i need at least one "dirty" meal a day. In the end there's no "junk food" there's only couple things that matter: protein, carbs, fat and what amounts you take them... Of course you need vitamins etc, thankfully there's things like animal pak... :D
