A no holds bar fight? Depends on the SEAL. Hand to hand combat? Brock, but Im sure there are a few SEALS who might take him. If a SEAL met Brock closed quarters in a combat zone, the SEAL would kill him.
A no holds bar fight and hand to hand are not the same thing.

actually the Navy Seals back in the 80's hired the Gracie family to train them. They put out an open challenge to the Seals. they sent (I think) 7 of their toughest and baddest Seals. Well they didn't last long and they ended up training them. I remember when Rickson came to Honolulu to help promote Relson's new school and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu they did a demonstration on the lawn in front of the Capital building during lunch. They requested the FBI and HPD to have their toughest guys come to the demonstration. First they had each guy try to subdue and handcuff Rickson. Not one of them came close. Second they were to try and prevent Rickson from subdueing them and getting them on the ground. The longest one took about 30 seconds.

Seals are trained for endurance. The major quality needed in a military operation. The average weight of a seal is around 175lbs. They train for no weapon fighting but obviously that is not a major consideration. Battles are fought with weapons to state the obvious.
Brook couldn't make it through Seal training. He would just fall apart after the first 10 mile run after 2 hours of sleep and other physical exercise.
Now, who would win in a fight? Batman or Spiderman?

lol why would they be good at fighting because they are navy seals as if there's anything magical about navy seals. Their primary training is not hand to hand combat thus they are never going to be as good as a professional fighter.
