with the Olympia still 11 weeks away and given that you're only as good as your last contest, I figured it would be cool to look back at the Arnold
to my eye, Greene isn't much bigger than Phil and definetly less conditioned. if that was Kai's best, it's hard to imagine him defeating an improved Heath at the Olympia, freshly signed to MuscleTech
Branch's back has improved a LOT in the past couple of years. at his best, he placed ahead of a sick Phil and a depleted Kai at the last Olympia. when he was off at the Arnold, he placed behind a best ever Phil and a "best ever" Kai. it's hard to say then where he stands . . .
as for Dexter, he looks great but I think the judges are done with him
not to be forgotten, Victor has the best shape but his conditioning is never perfect
add to all this the fact that Jay's with MD, it's tough to say where everyone will place at the 2010 Mr. Olympia . . .

Good post...While Phil showed tremendous improvement and should have won that show, that wasn't Kai's best. While Kai is bigger, he hasn't brought that trademark suicide conditioning. He's about 25lbs more than Heath and while it doesn't show head on, when you compare them side by side you can see the difference in thickness.

There is No way Kai "the gut" Greene is ever going to beat Jay.
Easy number 4 this year for Jay. No major threats to him this year.

kai has some freaky bodyparts, and when in top form is really good but his structure and flow is not mr o as compared to jay or even heath.

he has a small chest, small legs, and a huge gut. not even in the same league as Jay.

Small legs ??? ???

it must be the angle because Branch is killing these shots
as a Kai fan that`s hard to admit . . .

Kai is a drama queen. Thinks hes a "lone warrior", while having sponsors and drug dealers up his ass. Makes his prep appear "dramatic" as if he is the only one who diets/has ever dieted. Is eating chicken breast and working out such "torture"? ::)

Branch is owning in these pics

no width at all...but knows how to hit his conditioning. even with that flaw...he is still mr o. MT n AM cant pass on the opportunity with such limited possibilities after Jay in this generation of bbers.

I'm a big fan of Kai but Phil surely won that show! His back even looks more impressive at that show. Ab and thigh is the only shot I'd give to Kai but Phil's quads are basically as good cos Kai is holding water and Phil has crisp conditioning.
