if the only way to get great body is massive volume of lifting and aeroibcs how do you deal with the tiredness n soreness?
My sleep schedule all over the place.
I feel crappy.
or is it all bs and everyone who looks good on mega roids+lipo?

i get this sometimes. Just be consistent with your workout and manage ur carbs right. Your body will get used to it. I still get raccoon eyes after doing a really intense run.

Eat well, sleep well. Easier said than done. Balance stress with recovery.
And make him use lube next time!

Drugs, point blank. It's impossible without drugs to maintain a training regiment which is necessary to get a great body without burning out completely after some time (especially when u got a job or other responsibilities in your life).
