Title: Stuntmovie - good guy
Post by: disturbia on July 12, 2010, 04:31:33 PM
You are truly one of the nicest people around. That letter was amazing, and the book is cool, and the fact that it made you think of me is unreal.

I truly appreciate it.

Thank you

for those wondering, stuntmovie went out of his way to mail me a book on anger therapy that he had seen. Pretty solid move for someone he doesnt even know.

oh and btw, this thread is all (NO HOMO)

Stunt is a good guy. Spoke to him on the phone and he seems to be very knowledgeble on a lot of things.

Having met him, he definately knows a lot of cool stories for the past.  Posts a lot of the history board, which is one of my favorite boards.

Disturbia, You are welcome! I hope you read and don't used it as a coffee coaster. I only read the title, but I'd appreciate hearing if anything in that little book offered any bit of help or something to think about.

I ask you that because I have a friend who seems to have similar difficulties along with a very low IQ and sometimes a strong desire to end it all (very long story there) and might get another copy and give it to him .... but one of his 'side problems' is accusing anyone who attempts to come to his assistance  ..... as merely accusing him of being "crazy" or mentally unstable which only leads to further complications.

Funny thing though ..... he met a guy who had similar problems but was 'somewhat cured' by extensive theraphy and most of the time he does listen to his recommendations as if he was Dr Cure-All.

"Dr Cure-All' claims he only listens to him because he is even more fucked up and knows where the guy is coming from.

He may be more fucked up, but he sounds like a genius to me.

Disturbia, do you ever find yourself in a position where you find yourself giving advice to individuals with similar difficulties?

Oh, yea! Thanks for the kind remarks, fellow Get-Biggers!

That little book opened up more horizons than I had anticipated.

Thanks!

people with similar difficulties ask me for advice on nearly a daily basis, mostly on the panic and anxiety issues because I have beat those on my own.  I'm not really an expert on anger as I have issues controlling it myself.  But other than anger I am constantly trying to help people with issues.

As far as reading the book, I am halfway through it.

He might fall from a tall building.  He might roll a brand new car.  He might jump an open drawbridge, or Tarzan from a vine.  And I'm pretty sure he fucked Heather Thomas.

Nope! I am not kidd'en, Dr Chimps!

Rita (I can call her 'Rita' because she was my baby-sitter once) actually was my baby sitter once.

Kinda redundant there, but I hope my point was made.

And ever since then I only associate myself with the finest of people within the sports  and movie star world, as well as a few very notorious and well known gangsters and politicians and one very famous rapper who sometimes uses what we talk about in 'songs' I never listen to.

And that includes Chesty Puller of course.

Oh yea ! I got new movie stuff to tell ya, Doc! Superboy and new monkey stuff. Two new projects you might be interested in.

I bet stuntmovie was trying to convince Rita that she was his "wet nurse" all night.....he didn't mention he was 16 when she babysat.... ;D

Thanks, Show, but I was less than 2 and don't recall a thing we talked about. But I must have been around 18 when I had a brief conversation with 'Kim" but she had to leave because her face was cracking off and she had an appointment with Frank.

All true shit by the way.

Yep! Doc! You know this movie stuff real good. Did I tell you the story that lead up to my 'encounter' with Kim? And are you aware that I am the one person responsible foe foo-king up a major scene in that movie?

SHOW! Who the hell is Hootie and the Blowfish?? It's funny you mentioned hat.

In recent years every time I pass by the Silverton Hotel and Casino here in Las Vegas, I see a huge sign advertising Hootie and the Blowfish, but like that Major in Catch 22, every time I go in, Hooty (or Hootie and his band) goes out, so I've never had the opportunity to meet him and see just what Hooty does.

Maybe I should know about Hooty, but pls don't use my ignorance to give me a ration of shit.

In an effort to defend myself, I'm a pretty good rapper in the shower and could more than  likely out-rap ya in public if the occasion arose.

I sometimes do a rap-like thing while watching ignorant blackjack players making wrong decisions that allow the dealer to take my money even when I have a 20 showing.

Oh man.  When she came in during the Fall Guy intro.  She was responsible for kickstarting starting my puberty.

Got nothing to do with being a "white knight" and more to do with you being an asshole and not taking the hints that were thrown at you like bricks.
