I made some great gains training to failure in the past but that style of training left my nerves wrecked. It seems a little to taxing to me. It seems to me that it would work best short term.

I was introduced to HIT in a golds gym in jacksonville via BB'ers. In one week ..yes one week...the change was insane.
this one guy BBer had me doing 2-3 minutes HIT then one min rest (rest wasn't really a rest) then kick it up again for 2-3 min...for 30 - 45 minutes for a complete week. My diet wasn't even clean and I still leaned out by weeks end. I kept it up for a month solid, no alcohol then clean up my diet..the change was amazing...all from HIT.
P.S. I did my hit around 8-9PM M-F...worked 9-5 and late college. The sh*t works. You will be starving at nights though...suck it up.

K-1 an actual HIT routine wouldnt see you in the gym 5 days a week lol
