I cut out the sugars.  I stop all lifting.  Drink a shitload of water.  Those vit C powder mixes are good too.

Even if you get sick at this point, it'll be a short one if you can help it.

Sambucol is the best thing ever.  I haven't had a cold or the flu for more than 2 days since I found out about it.

Is that the eldeberry stuff?   FWIW, I tried that with everyone in my family when H1N1 was going around, and it didn't work.  Loaded up on the stuff.

I've read that zinc could be effective, but most likely nothing really works and you just have to sleep, stay hydrated and ride it out.

I meant what I said, I haven't had a cold or the flu that lasted more than 2 days since I started using it.

FWIW, I tried that with everyone in my family when H1N1 was going around, and it didn't work.

Does that mean you were using it and still got the flu?  A lot of people where I work got it, but no one in my family that took it had any symptoms whatsoever.  Any time I feel a cold or flu coming on, I start taking it immediately and within a day or two all symptoms are gone.

I am joking brah

Take an all in one. Some contain psuedoehpedrine for the day time capsules to keep you awake and alert as well as decongesting you etc. Then the night time ones make you drowsy so you can sleep ok. Most contain paracetemol as well as a painkiler.
