Its either the 300 plus grams of protein that these fat permabulkers eat with no fruit/veggies or these skinny fat idiots scarfing down shit food = high calories + sedatory lifestyle + prescription drugs etc...etc...
Eat a broad spectrum of food and be fit = body cleans it self.
