Title: concusion and lifting weights

I was in a car accident on 3 days ago.. I got a mild concussion.. can i resume to lift weights today?

unless your planning on headbutting the bar i dont see why its a problem. concussion is minimum two weeks off from contacts sports...so training regular should be fine.

I had a grade 2 about a month ago and took about a week off, but that was mostly due to my neck being incredibly stiff and sore rather than the concussion.  I would avoid squatting or anything that puts a lot of pressure on the neck / head region.

Yes,I suggest starting with military overhead press.
