He's way off base. I like him, but he must have misstated about five different things in that clip. Being in the country illegally is not a crime? Does not sound right.

Anyone can be pulled over because they might be illegal? Not what the law says.

Reasonsble suspiciion is subjective? So is probable cause, etc.

Isn't this law essentially the same as federal law?

Not some of his best commentary IMO.

LOL its more of the same...all the bill does is create more moral hazards by eliminating others...

consumer protection really means harder to get credit for consumers and a slower economic recovery...
