Title: Steve Namat you should get to Hartford.....

I'm working with George Farah in the last 12 weeks. And he helped me a lot. Without him I couldn't qualify to the 202 Mr. Olympia this year. So I'm so thankful.

Our plan for Jacksonville is to bring at least the same condition (like at the Tampa Pro) or better but a little bit fuller.

And until the Olympia I'll try to be as hard and as shredded as possible...while trying to keep the fullness.

It's easy to write it down...but hard to achieve... But that's the plan.

Sounds great and modest...The right way to think to start taking these competitions

Dave destroys everyone in the 202, he has an incredible back for a smaller guy
