But will he beat Jay? I doubt it. It could however happen if Jay's conditioning is off.

I don't see what Kai can do to beat Jay.  They are pretty much the same size but jay is wider.  Between these two it will be a battle of conditioning and because Jay is champ Kai would really have to bring something special in order to dethrone Jay.
