I'd give "Chick" around 2 seconds with myself, no fighting training, gets winded when lean walking 3mph on the treadmill, out of shape now, getting up there in years. I'm sure it could be done quicker if you threw him 50 bucks and promised him placing over a superior "athlete" at a pageant but I'm talking the fighting arts and not the indecent couitus arts Bob once practiced to pay the rent.

Bob is a total pussy in the gym. He is strong for an average man, but he is nothing considering the amount of muscle he has. He gets winded on everything. He has no real power. He is all show. He gets winded doing 45lb DB curls for 10 reps. I never saw the man squat, bench or deadlift.

I'm not sure of Bob's role at BSN he doesnt give very much help on the details and benefits of BSN's supplements I may have to go elsewhere.

I really was an active duty US marine. Even was deployed to Grenada back in '83.
Ya know these "fight challenges" are the kind of crap I talked about in Jr HS.
