Hi guys (and gals)
I am looking to make massive progress and I need advice on specific areas to work on. Honestly, I am not posting on here in vain as I'm clearly nowhere near competition ready (even at amateur level!) but I can take constructive criticism!
My height is 5"11. I will let people guess my weight and body fat!?
