I do a slow as close to perfect (as I can get) form 15 Rep warmup on bench and squat is it still necessary to warm up when I move to isolated lifts such as curls. Skullcrushers etc...

I don’t know that it’s physiologically necessary, but doing one “warm-up” set of each new/proceeding exercise helps me focus for the work to come in that movement.
An old-timer taught me that years ago, and it’s something I’ve done since.
Even with something like preacher curls and pec-decks, a light warm-up set indicates if the pads & other settings are adjusted properly, before using a weight that could cause you some serious damage.
A warm-up set also tells me if anything’s wrong with me before I use heavier weight.
Skull-crushers, for instance - if my elbow hurts that day, I’d rather realize it on my 225 lb. warm-up before throwing on the 405 that I (and most Getbiggers) use.

Yea 405 I'm only up to 350 lbs lol I feel so small. Thanks for the advise though I knew somebody on these boards would eventually have some sense. :)
