How come it is 10 years (almost) and counting since 9-11-01.. and the WTC has not been rebuilt?

It only took 5 years to build them the first time.

240 - I was there yesterday, literally on the spot.  The thing is going up and the foundation is already there and beams are rising.  I have to go again on Friday barring a an ajournment on a case I am on and will take pics for you if I go.
