Love them. Specially if you tend to overuse your back as a lot do when doing regular squats. Always felt that you had to focus on your abs a lotmore when doing front squats also.

I do back squats in the beggining and in the end i tend to do front squats, only because i love these 2 exercises...

I do back squats in the beggining and in the end i tend to do front squats, only because i love these 2 exercises...
I do it also but like you I don't reallyknow if that the best thing to do. As I put far less weight on front squats, I start with back squats as my compound and then move to front squats which seem to me more analytical. Could be wrong though.

I do front squats based solely on the fact that Ronnie did them and he had the craziest Quads ever (for a blk guy)

Yep, I do them them with no rack = clean the weight from the floor not only works legs but biceps, front shoulders, back a great movement.

Don't like front squats. I feel like the bar digs into my front deltoids where the sensitive cartilage is. Can't be bothered with it.

I like to do them on the smith especially when my back feels tired/sore.
