Law enforcement sources tell us the Seaside Heights PD busted Snooki moments ago for disorderly conduct. The details of that conduct are unclear.
We're told Snooki -- real name Nicole Polizzi -- is currently in police custody.
Earlier in the day, Snooki was partying on the beach with a beer bong ... only she was filling it up with Coca-Cola. We're told she was also seen at a local bar taking "body shots."

Obviously you've never used one. It's easy to take down a 12 oz 6 pack with a beer bong in one shot. I don't recommend it but it's easily done with a beer bong. It's for those looking to be hammered soon.

MTV tried to screw em and had extra footage from Season 2 they were going to use for the first few episodes of Season 3, a season which they had not negotiated a pay scale for. This is why they were on strike. Ultimately MTV caved, so I think they are probably doing okay. MTV is notoriously cheap, so I doubt 2 mill.
