This girl I know claims to be at 7% bodyfat (bullllshit). What percentage do the figure models usually run at and what percentage do female bodybuilders run at?

some implants arent the real fat its a fake jelly capsule so it would be possible to have lower bodyfat if your boobs and buttcheeks arent real fat that is

Since a lot of women have smaller waists it makes them look like they have lower bodyfat and then if they exercise and eat decent that just makes it look that way even more. Have your friend go get a Bodpod test, that'll humble her.

The only thing sub-10 is her IQ. I like that level of body fat, but it's not lower than 18 at least. She just looks thin because she has absolutely no muscle mass.

The girl is 20% or so. If a MAN is at 10% or lower they look great. My abs look pretty good at higher bodyfat than that. Stella - Yum.

There is Asian girl with 7% body fat. With percentage as low as claimed, you should see cuts in deltoids, pecs and thighs. That girl in your picture is skinny, she has just bodyfat, no muscles. Typical example of low calories and no protein- diet.

7% female bodyfat is like a guy having 4% bodyfat. Its pushing the limits of sanity.

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is not good .
