i dont think croatch is coming froma liberal point of view with this anti-constitutiin thread. the only current issue i know of that would motivate him to insult the constitution is that some senators are trying to change the 14th amendment to make it so that the children of illegal immigrants born in the united states no longer get instant citinzenship. that is a conservative point of view, well at least conservative in the sense of 'republican'.
besides that point, when would you ever hear a liberal insult the constitution anyways? you know what the ACLU is right?

(Go to the Political Board and see for yourselves) Suddenly Obama is elected, and within a month they're concerned about the way our country is being run, and they're suddenly aware of the rights that we're losing. 1. Requiring citizens to pay for products and or services that are beyond the scope of the powers of congress, i.e. health care.
2. Bailouts…congress has the power to spend money, they are given the power of the purse, not the president in any shape form or fashion.
3. Instituting a cap and trade system that puts a limit of production on small business.
4. Creating executive orders that take away the powers given to congress by the constitution…this seems to happen weekly.
5. Putting criminals of war in civilian court.
6. He has pushed for Supreme Court Justices to use empathy over justice
7. The appointment of czars…czars have power above the cabinet, above congress, they answer to no one but Obama…how can any American even begin to think this is not a violation of the constitution?
