I was ready some link here by the dde who looks ripped in hsi pic

he says 3 workout a week and eat well get ripped

0 cardio

works?

if you are dieting hard, and preserving muscle.....and you lift hard those three days....it will work....that the same thing i do....

Is doing Intense cardio on off days counter productive though? i mean for Muscle growth?

ed - well i say intense, i meant prolonged.

i currently run 6-7 miles on my off days for work.......it helps a lot.....not counter productive at all....

mon-gym
tues-run
wed-gym
thurs-run
fri-gym
sat-run
sun-off

thanks man, yeah im cycling about 14 miles on tues thurs and a little less on satders (the day off) cheers

Leafy admitted he was doing zero cardio on his contest prep. I bet that wouldn't work for most people. Any thoughts?

my job just requires me to be able to run long distances......since i have seen the benefits of it, i will keep doing it even if i choose a diffrent career path...
