Lots of stickys on this board..........do we really need them all? Which ones do you guys find usefull?

The training protocols has been there forever. I think all remains of dumpster should be removed. The calves thread is useful.

id get rid of the calves thread and the inspirational videos thread. those two dont belong. the others all make sense to keep sticky'd.

I'm gonna leave this up a few days and get the popular opinion from the regular contributors.

..Glad to see that Chaos is trying to make a difference. Insom, Hedge and Cap are pretty cool really. Most still working the Mod gig? Any thing that pumpster started would have been longer but he deleted every thing I posted during that time. Or any one else who had a opposing view to his. Not complaining, just a comment.
Suggest that you keep training protocol and maybe inspirational sticky's. Off all the others. Rest between and calves should be under protocol anyway. Good Luck.

As a new (ish) starter i found the stickys really useful to begin with. perhaps they would be better suited to a Rookie board?
