Just curious so I can compare myself to others.
Front squat-315x6-8
Deadlift-405x6, 495x2
Incline bb press-275x6-8, going for 315 soonish
Reverse grip row-315x6 (really freakishly good lift for me, chest sucks though)
Bb curl- 80x9,100x6
Behind head db- 100x10, 120x6 or so
Im not going into every lift, weigh about 210 or so right now. Some guy claims to be lifting much more than me at 41yrs old, 192lbs. I doubt him sincerely.

do you do any rotator cuff workouts?
bench

No. Should I? bench has ALWAYS been weak my whole life. Younger I could reverse grip row 405 and BARELY bench 315 (decline only).
-
You can reverse grip row 315x6 but can only deadlift 405x6????????????????? Something is wrong with that picture bro. 315 reverse grip row is big fucking weight. I would think your deadlift would be well over 500lbs no?

Not sure why you would want to compare yourself to others as we're all different - some people are shorter, taller, fatter, leaner, etc and it's very difficult and subjective to compare.
This guy you are comparing yourself to, age 41 and 192lbs - that doesn't mean anything - it is perfectly plausible that he could be stronger than you despite being older (assumingly) and lighter in bodyweight.
For the record - here's my recent lifts though compared to yours (all these done in the last few weeks at a bodyweight of 225):
Front Squat - no idea as I don't do them, but regular squats 405 for 6
Deadlift - 405 for 8
Incline barbell press - 270 for 8 (although I have a Youtube video where I'm doing 315 for 8 a few years ago)
Reverse grip row - 315 for 10 (like yourself, I am good at these)
Barbell curl - 140 for 8
Behind neck dumbell - 130 for 8 (I am assuming you mean the tricep exercise here)

My bests in both were 600x3 for deads and 405x10 overhand perfect form. Rowing has ALWAYS been numero uno for me geneticaly speaking. Fwiw I am equally shitty at benching as I am awesome at rowing.

X2, minus the rows. My body weight is around 170.
-
squats 315x15 / 405 x 3
deadlift 495x3 / 550 x 1
benchpress 315 x 5
reverse grip row 225 x 8
db curl 55lbs x 12
5'11" , 200~ lbs
don't know how you guys can row 315 lbs .. seems far away for me.

::)

Right now I'm doing 5X5 routines for my bench and deadlift. Next week I will be doing 270 for bench and 365 for deadlifts, one rep at a time without bounce. These are strict reps and I stop at five regardless of how many more I can do. My squat is not great but I am pretty confident I would be able to handle 405 with good depth with knee wraps and maybe 335 without.
-
Deadlift 190 kg (418 lbs) x 2
Front squat 125 kg (275 lbs) x 1
Close grip bench 90 kg (198 lbs) x 5
Barbell curl 50 kg (110 lbs) x 5
Overhand pull ups with a 108 kg bodyweight (237 lbs) x 4
Overhead press 80 kg (176 lbs) x 4 (one of my newest personal records, that is why some numbers might seem a little weird)
Ugh. :D

weak
-
Squat: 310kg x 2
Bench: 180kg x 1

Half, if not more, of this threads claims are pure BS....
okamis are believable. and a couple other lifts. sev also posted videos.

Apparently, by GB standards, I have been wasting my time in the gym...I'm obviously to weak :'(
-
Oh yeah, just to make myself feel better, I can tie my own shoes :)

There is a saying, "Comparison is a sign of mediocrity."

All my numbers are 100% truth.
I've got Youtube clips of me doing dumbell presses 120lb x 11 and incline presses 315 x 8.
I would post them up but I'm at work and they don't give me access to Youtube. To find them, just type "huntjm" into the Youtube search engine.

careful or he will post pics and vids from 10 yrs ago and then show you enlightenment until you commit suicide like he did in his past life ;D

Bench - 308 x 10
Squat - 475 x 1 400x8
Deadlift - 550-570
Standing press - 220x10 242x6
DB shoulder press - 120's x 8
BB Row - 330 x 12-15
T Bar row - 8 plates x 10
Incline BB - 265x6
Weighted dips - b/w + 190lbs x reps
These are accurate and truthful. The standing press, T bar row and incline BB are all done after another exercise so no idea what would be fresh. The deadlift is a guess based on a comfortable 530lb pull after squats recently.
-
Behold this marvel of strength...
Squat - 75 kg
Bench - 75 kg
Press - 45 kg(technique not sound)
Row - 60 kg
Started the 5x5 protocol some time ago and really dig it.
Never had this much fun training and even with these pretty light weights(compared to an average) I made some improvements.
The 5x5 thing also made it clear how naive and infrequent I used to train... no wonder that I've been a tiny tit.
-
Now you are enjoying training and know what works you will make gains.
Slowly but surely...
Good luck!

Cheers man. Not too shabby yourself.
I am not doing too badly though I am kinda heavy so makes my weights seem less impressive in comparison. I am around 248lbs in the morning the past few days.

Well it depends on what his "barbell rows" look like. When I do mine it looks like a row....lot of guys do glorified shrug/cleans and call them rows

Deadlift-225lbsx112

We had the annual strongman/powerlifting contest in my city today and I came 9th. The top three were respectively 2nd, 4th, and 6th at the 2010 Ontario Strongman contest which is the equivalent of a state show. I don't want to make excuses so I won't, but on the boards I do not consider myself strong yet in real contests I find I do alright. It does make me wonder how common it is for people to exaggerate or lie about their lifts though.

no..this is the dude calling you dumb

Only lift I'm relatively strong in is deadlifts. About 682lbs (310kg) for 5 at 225-230lbs. Raw, no belt.
Now I weigh a bit more and had planned to try a 815 single shortly, done in a suit with belt, but tore my hamstring two weeks ago. :-[
-
What do you weigh these days a buck 25????
honestly, I stopped weighing myself cuz I (in my mind) weigh either "too much" or "Too little"
I just go by three things:
1) the mirror
2) my waist circumfirance (as long as i'm under 29 inches i'm fine)
3) how many milimeters i get on my supraillium with a BF caliper ( as long as im under 2 mm's, i'm fine)
if i were to guess on weight though, i would think i'm between 152 to 165 at 5'11
btw, once i get a IPHONE 4 with video, i will prove any lifts I quote on this thread....and you can take that to the bank (/ Hard to Kill)
