Oh, don't get me wrong. I like reading BFG's posts. I don't why I'm so fascinated with the seamy side of bodybuilding. Just like I use to follow BeefHeavyWeight and all his gossip whether it was true or not.

I like seamy stuff. In life, there's always seem to be a dark side. Moo Ha Ha Ha!!!

I'm thinking BFG and GH15 is second rate knowledge, hardly cutting edge.
