Tatoo"传仁寿"on his back ;D
= Dennis?
That's fucking pathetic.
He should have gotten a 痔永血一五 tattoo instead.
-
He looks better with a singlet on, and his trackpants. 8) Needs to focus on defending his gym olympia title
-
Wow, at 41 I don't think Dennis has declined at all!
As for his consistently being unable to peak I think that is either a self-fulfilling prophecy or simply a matter of him not looking as good with his tan on and without being as pumped as he is in the gym pictures. I seem to doubt someone at DJ's level is consistently making the same mistakes as far as contest preparation is concerned.

yeh, but you can also argue that he has made no discernible progress since his younger years in the early 2000s either
and these are a bodybuilders best years 34-40 or so

your chinese & japanese both are very good ;D ;D
-
In the "back" pic his left calf looks suspect
-
Aren't the arms/neck/calves supposed to be close to the same size?
-

Yes that is true. His physique looks crisp and uninjured at least so I think he can compete for a little longer should he wish.

LOL, thanks.

Who knows, he's improved and that's all that counts IMO.
-
Per Dennis, "I will be in my best ever condition, I have brought up my weak points and added 10 pounds of muscle".
-

as far as ancient greek concepts of aesthetic body symmetry go..............
but, no , if you sit on a bench in the middle of your city and watch the countless people walk by............you will see that there is an infinite number of sizes, dimensions, and proportions that homo sapiens come in.

Yup. gh15 will sing the same old tune. Fella should come in "3 weeks out" on the day of the show, up the diuretics and possibly take first place.
It's such a shame seeing him being the decisive champ when he's out posing in a parking lot with his pants down like a schmoe's wet dream, but then stepping on stage looking like doo doo. :(
-
The thing is that exact same physique would look different under stage lights. His total lack of glute and hams definition would place him dead last. Looks good for 5 weeks out though. Never had the calves or quads for the job really. His best years are gone as he'll never repeat 2003 form. Pretty good for latter-day Dennis James though.

most bodybuilders seem to max out at some point. Jay Cutler hasn't made any progress since 2001. Same can be said for alot of other pros.
-
dj needs to say away from protan...just do tanning booths before a show for once...something similar to the russian who just won his pro card at usa. application is always messed up.

thats true, after their first few pro years, its rare that pros make any huge gains or changes.............unle ss they get with a new guru that finally brings them in shreaded..........ronnie is the big exception
but yeah, overall, dennis is no unique case..............
actually its the other way around, most of them are trying to minimize negative changes, specifically palumboism..........afte rwhile nothing seems to grow but their heads and bellies, while the other parts start to shrink

this is not a Seve Reeves, Zane, Rory nor Paris thread,
so, no.
