Sev, the photo of Arnold above is not a good one to use as an example of a good front double bicep pose. It's not a front shot because he is twisted at the waist which was probably done on purpose due to his wide hip area back then.
Not rag'n on ya though.
I'd hate to have ya call me something inappropriate in my attempt to be a good boy scout and point out obvious errors.

Those bbers from the "golden era" need to know that bodybuilding and the front double biceps pose has evolved, especially when it comes to abs flexing.

you obviously have no clue about posing
the twisted shots were prevalent earlier because they present the ilusion better
the straight up front shot is not the best way ...it's about aesthetics
