People who live this lifestyle are mental. Some weird obsession.
How this idiot considers beef a bad food when it keeps you satiated longer, makes you look fuller and is packed with essential minerals.
Plus eating all that mercury from the tuna is making his brain fried
-
Are there any pics of this guy? I couldn't find any on googleimages.
-
What a loser, and what a pathetic life he leeds. Making all those sacrifices for a plastic trophy in a hobby no one gives a shit about and having a body that repulses 99% of females.

Plus he is really missing 30% of the pleasure to be alive

For competitive bodybuilding he's pretty much 100% accurate, however I and most sane people could never live like that
I love food too much not to enjoy it :)

Maybe more than 30%. He said in the video that he doenst go to family functions anymore so I would bet he doenst have much of a social life. Seriously what is the point? In other sports atleast if you put in that much effort you get financial rewards, this gut gets sweet fuck all.

Lee Priest ate KFC everyday. Chris Cormier went to raves and dropped X and still looked years better than this fool.

Tom Prince once told a story about how he ate pretty much the same thing for what I believe was like 3 years (ridiculously clean diet espoused in the magazines of that era). He went to see Chad Nicholls, complaining about his lack of progress. Chad took one look at his super clean diet and told Tom "no wonder why you aren't growing!!! You never cheat!!!)
Something to that effect.
Tom posted about this on Mayhem many moons ago.

Wit or witout the paper bag

I always thought Tom was pretty cool, and gave good advice.
Unfortunately, he also used to say that PEDs were the icing on the cake, or 5%.
Anyone that has been around this game for a while knows better.
I met him in person at the 2000 Nationals (my brother was competing), and he was a very nice down to Earth guy.

oh brother ... ::)

Broccoli doesn't work? ???

Is there a consensus on a weekly tuna consumption limit?

six foods that work.........what a fucking joke..........this is a guy looking to make money off of a gimmick...........there are PLENTY of foods that work
and carl lenore..........is the biggest creep in the industry, his show is unlistenable, half of his shows are just hidden hour long commercials for his sponsors bogus products
just hearing him speak, the awful jokes, hsi ridiculous political conspiracy beliefs, his scorned tangents against the opposite sex (because he is a creepy ideologue who would drive any normal person away)
oh, and the fact that he does not even look like he works out
-
Hey I esat everything......look at me ;D
-
Dude wasted his life chasing a dream. If your not pro by 30, why waste your time and health. Work on making money.
-
Looks like BDB caught a pic of Kai busting a nut on a grapefruit. ;D

who will tune in ? incendiary topic and priceless info to be released into the ethers ::) ::) ::)

All of Mike's DVDs that I have watched I back 100%. They are better than your average training DVD that just covers a bit of gym time and that's about all.
As for what Dave is saying, he may be oversimplifying things a little, but I think he is talking about cutting. Would it not be possible for a bodybuilder to diet strictly on the 6-7 foods that Dave listed?
Also, keep in mind while I can understand why it would not be a great idea to risk your health for no monetary compensation in the amateur ranks, Dave actually has a very successful business which is largely the result of his competitive background. So it's not like he got absolutely nothing out of his sacrifice. Obviously, being a bodybuilder helped his credibility to build his business up to a high level [over six figures annually]. He was also very close to winning his pro-card in 2007. Dave could probably win the 50+ Masters when he gets there but I don't really see a point. To be honest, I think Dave just wanted to turn pro because he was so close and it was sort of a personal thing for him. Just like I wanted to place a little higher at my strongman contest this weekend, but in hindsight, who cares? I tried my best and I hope Dave feels the same way about himself.

So this didn't end up happening?
-
hmm the 23rd august radio show doesnt have Dave Pulcinella ???

Not saying he doesnt. but how do you know he makes over 6 figures annually?

He charges $500 for advice and part of his advice is for his clients to buy $1000 worth of gear off him every month.
the man graduated from the Slingerman School Of Business

HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! ;D
-
Another guido on drugs, looking...so so.
These "hardcore" bbers are nothing without the drug use.
Wait, nothing with the drug use.
I encourage this behavior though. Without guys on gear, I'd have absolutely nothing to shoot for, every gym outing.
Up your dose Warriors!!
haah ::)
-
This guy has a fucking huge gut. Looks like shit also for all the drugs he has done
