The constitution doesn't grant you the right to build a house of worship anytime and anywhere you feel like it. This is well documented and there are hundreds of examples of people's plans for building various churches/temples/etc being denied. There was no mass outrage or claims of 1st amendment violations there.

Just like I protested the KSM trials in NYC in the freezing cold rain in December 2009, I plan on being at Ground Zero tommorow at the protest of this victory shrine.

Not according to some posters one poster on this board, who emphatically defends some imaginary Constitutional right they have to do it.

Asshole. You don't need a constitutional right to build a house of worship. THe constitution does not involve itself in such matters, lest it counter itself by restricting religious observance....something it expressly says it does not and will not do. If there is any ban on a house of worship it is due to local codes, structural limitations, or some communal issue...NONE OF WHICH IS AT THE FOREFRONT OF THIS MOSQUE.
The GREEDY bastards who ran that tiny church you keep crying about on Liberty Street  made ridiculous demands on New York City (even after the city offered them 66 Million to rebuild) and were denied money to rebuild there church. New York City NEVER denied their ability to rebuild. Nice try attempting to flip the script Berezerk...your a pathological LIAR...
