Interesting technique Derik Farnsworth uses for massage... Are feet more effective than hands on a guy as big as Cutler?

On the bottom of the video it said, "How is Jay Cutler looking 8 weeks out"
How the heck are we supposed to know? He never stripped down to a thong >:( >:(

he has his shirt off at 16:46, looking pretty ripped there (no homo)

But while laying down. You can't really tell how he looks. I need my men standing up, face forward, in a thong! >:( >:(

How dare they tease us like that. :(

Jay looks great. I don't see anyone beating him, in another two years he could pass dorian/ronnie at their best. He seems to be slowly getting bigger and grainer and his waist looks pretty tight.
-
Considering he competed at 255 lbs last year. How is that getting bigger?

His drop in weight was primarily through enhanced condition IE less fat and water. He is getting more muscle over time.

100% agree, as long as he keeps getting better. Would be pretty interesting if he came in looking his All time best. Give the BB world a lil jolt, thats for sure.

Historicaly Jay's career has been about one thing- beating the guy next to him. He is very well known for coming in not at his best but JUST GOOD ENOUGH to beat the guy next to him. He couldn't beat Ronnie and Ronnie was the one guy who pushed him but at a point I thiunk he would show up good enough to be #2 and was happy with that. But at the Arnold Ironman and other shows he used to come in only ok shape knowing it was good enough to win. Now that he is older, I think he is realizing it's time to really bring in his A game you know? He is well aware of one constant in IFBB judging- you HAVE TO improve at every show in some way. 2007 was conditioning, last year was shape and his legs, this year it's going to be some huge gains in his legs and even harder etc. He's the kind of guy who plans things so far in advance, I'm sure he has the next couple years planned out already. Always make noticeable improvements and what not. Im sure he's got a few olympias in the tank that's for sure.

Wasnt jay 245 lbs in 2001 with similar conditioning. So in 8 years he added 10 lbs of muscle.
