Watching David Henry's DVD - it's painfull

Are there any goood one's out there where there is perhaps, training, daily life, crib etc?

Something better than paint drying....

Try Phil Heath's new one, Road to the Olympia, if it is even out, it was suppose to come out in July.

try out the markus ruehl ones on you tubey first guy is a laugh riot.

Something better than paint drying....
It is a bit older, but Bob Chicks "War for the Worlds" series is pretty funny and interesting with some good basic training tips.

Have to agree.  They used to do some cool vids.  They seem to have stopped them now
