My missus has gone away for the weekend to the Reading music festival and being a nice, considerate girlfriend she has left me a big pot of chili so that I don't starve; the problem, however, is that she has grated chocolate into it! She tells me this is "authentic", but I have my doubts that they grate overpriced, "organic, 90% coco solid" dark chocolate into their tacos south of the boarder.
So, in short, do Messicans put chocolate in their chili?

Yep. They do. I have made Rick Bayless chili many times and have grated the Chocolate myself. I prefer Green and Black`s Mayan Gold.

Don't have many Mexican labourers in England. Instead, we have Eastern Europeans who are similar in that they (a) work hard, (b) for not a lot of money and (c) pretend not to speak English.

I genuinely don't have any nudie phots of her. Even if I did, I wouldn't post them as I like having a girlfriend and not being stabbed to death in my sleep. To answer your other questions, she's a b cup and leaves a little bit of bush - I'm no fan of completely shaved, either.

Funnily enough, that is what she uses. Have you tried the other flavours? The coffee favour and the milk chocolate with almonds are particularly good.

Correct, my chingaroney friend. But putting chocolate into chili does not a mole sauce make (pronounced moe-lay). It's a blend of a heap of different shit, as involved as making a Thai chili paste which is why it's mostly jarred or canned. Can't say I've ever had a fresh made mole dish.
Chili, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc are just the Tex-Mex tip of Mexican cuisine. I'm no expert but I have a couple of books and use 'em when I've got the time. Some ingredients for Mexican are impossible to find in Aus tho and probably in the UK too.
But don't try to enlighten her. Just thank her for the chili and then give her a dutch oven. Chicks love that.
